Having a little fun with my writing today...
There once was a wee leprechaun
Who liked to come calling pre-dawn.
He caused bits of mischief
(But nothing malicious).
Before we awoke he was gone!

A perfect limerick!

But his secret just couldn't be sold.
He hid it quite deep,
While all were asleep.
He's living it big I am told.
Just couldn't resist.
Your limerick has great rhyme and rhythm, and it's perfect for St. Patrick's Day! I especially admire all those leprechaun rhymes.
